Because of the importance placed on `Project Costing` and `Design and Cost`, Epping Electrical's Estimating Department is controlled directly from Director level.

We particularly welcome contact from Main Contractors, Mechanical Contractors and Developers who are looking for long term working partnerships with sub-contractors.

Epping Electrical currently enjoy long term relationships with a number of clients. Fully Designed Projects

We aim to deliver the highest quality, detailed, and organized estimates that follow the scope of works detailed on the tender drawings and specification for each project. The tender will provide you with the following information:

Design and Cost Projects

We aim to deliver the highest quality, detailed, organized estimates that will follow the tender drawings and client brief for each project. Our tender will provide you with the following information:

1. A fully itemised tender summary page detailing all main sections of the works priced.
2. Full details of the scope of works included.
3. A bullet point review of proposed materials and installation methods included.
4. A separate cost to produce Electrical Design drawings and a working Electrical Specification.
5. A separate cost to provide Professional Indemnity Insurance for the Electrical Installation.
6. A comprehensive list of all topics and services not included.

Epping Electrical has `Costed` and `Designed and Costed' all types of construction projects in the past years.

Epping Electrical's project price band for each work type is from 150,000 to 3,000,000.
